Ali Wentworth is an actress and author from the United States. She has published a book, Ali’s Well That Ends Well, about finding humor in the COVID-19 pandemic.
Wentworth is married to ABC News chief anchor, correspondent, and former Clinton administration political advisor George Stephanopoulos.

Ali Wentworth’s Parents Eric & Muffie Cabot
Ali was born to Muffie Cabot, Nancy Reagan’s White House Social Secretary, from 1981 to 1983. Similarly, her father, Eric Wentworth, worked as a reporter for The Washington Post. He was a wonderful father to his three kids.
However, the couple divorced in 1964, and Muffie married Henry Brandon in 1970. Her stepfather, Henry Brandon, was the Sunday Times of London’s Washington correspondent, and her maternal grandmother was explorer Janet Elliott Wulsin.
The Wentworth siblings have another half-sister from their mother’s second marriage. Ali and her siblings have no kinship with the Cabot family, despite their mother’s third marriage to Louis Wellington Cabot.

In an interview with Moms Like Us, she said, “I wasn’t expecting to become so attached. If I was going to be gone, I didn’t expect to turn down a lot of work. I saw the mommy world in a very cerebral, detached way when I was expecting my first child and even before that.”
She admitted that she didn’t stop parents with cute kids on the street because she wanted a baby of her own until she got one.
The actress added, “I had my own kids, and now I go away for one night and call my husband from the hotel room crying. But she still won’t let them go to sleepaway camp and prefers to keep them close to home.”
