According to CBS, Elliott Gould and Barbra Streisand were once renowned as Hollywood’s “it” pair in the 1960s.
Their marriage, however, was short-lived, lasting only eight years and producing only one child.
From 1963 to 1971, Elliott Gould and Barbra Streisand were married and have a son, Jason Gould.
However, after eight years of marriage and the birth of a son together, they chose to divorce in 1971.
Gould discussed his divorce from Streisand in a new interview with CBS Sunday Morning, noting that they simply evolved in separate ways.
Jason Gould, the couple’s son, was born during their eight years together. Both Gould and Streisand have had other relationships and marriages after their divorce.
Streisand has been married to actor James Brolin since 1998, while Gould was married to his second wife, Jennifer Bogart, from 1973 until 1989.
