How do you get to the great fairy in death mountain

The six Great Fairies can be found in Great Fairy Fountains throughout Hyrule. They must be summoned by playing Zelda’s Lullaby on the Ocarina at the foot of their fountains. Great Fairies either teach you a spell, ability or increase your powers.

Play Zelda’s Lullaby/Song of Storms to release a single fairy. Wear the Mask of Truth to learn tips. Hit them with the Megaton Hammer to flatten them. Hit them with a bomb to make them shoot upward.

The third fountain is to the southeast of Jabu-Jabu on a patch of land. Swim to it and you’ll see several boulders; bomb the silver one and reveal the entrance. Play “Zelda’s Lullaby” to call the fairy. You will get another spell called Farore’s Wind; use it in dungeons to use warp points.

In the back of the graveyard is a bigger tombstone with the Triforce symbol as its epitaph. Stand on the Triforce tile in front of it and play Zelda’s Lullaby to enter the Royal Family’s Tomb. Slay all the Keese (bats) in the room to unlock the doors.

Great Fairy Locations. Located at the very peak of the Death Mountain Trail. Link will need to have acquired the Bombs from Dodongo’s Cavern in order to scale Death Mountain. Right next to Kaepora Gaebora, there is a wall that can be blasted open with a Bomb and inside is the Great Fairy.

Go up the stairs to the north of Kakariko Village to find the entrance to Death Mountain, which is blocked by a locked gate. Show the guard Zelda’s Letter to be allowed through the gate and onto Death Mountain. Go through the gate to reach the Death Mountain Trail.

Activating the Song

As an adult, return to Lake Hylia and head back to Bonooru. Pull out the Ocarina of Time and play the same eight note song that you played to Bonooru as a child. This will activate the song, allowing you to play it in specific locations throughout the world.

In Ocarina of Time, Farore’s Wind is received from the Great Fairy of Magic in Zora’s Fountain, hidden behind a destructible wall behind Lord Jabu-Jabu. It can only be cast inside dungeons that have Maps, as it allows Link to return to the entry point of that dungeon’s room from which it was cast.

Nayru’s Love prevents all damage, but does not stop recoil from enemy attacks. It can be activated instantly on command, but only deactivates when it wears off.

Acquiring Nayru’s Love

If Link follows the wall on the right, he finds two palm trees. Link can then use a bomb between them to reveal an entrance to the Great Fairy’s Fountain. Play Zelda’s Lullaby on the Triforce symbol on the platform. The Great Fairy appears and relinquishes Nayru’s Love.

Farore seems to be a bit all over the map. People saying “fa-roar”, “fa-roar-ee”, “fa-roar-ay”, “fair-or” (among others).

Ocarina of Time

The Magic Meter can be replenished by picking up Magic Jars found by cutting Grass, destroying Jars, or defeating Enemies. The Magic Meter starts with a base of 48 Magic Power. An upgrade for the Magic Meter can be obtained from the Great Fairy of Wisdom in the Death Mountain Crater.

Unpause after equipping the Hover Boots, still holding your shield up and left on the analogue stick. You will then slide into the loading zone and will be able to get Double Defense provided you have Zelda’s Lullaby as well as magic.

Link obtains Magic Power from the Great Deku Tree in The Wind Waker. He first uses it with the Deku Leaf, but later, he can also learn the Hurricane Spin and use Fire, Ice, and Light arrows. Magic Armor is also given to Link by Zunari and can use Magic Power to keep Link entirely safe from damage.
