After turning cheats on, all you have to do is type motherlode into the cheats box and hit enter. What the motherlode cheat does: Once entered, it will add 50 000 Simoleons to your household funds. You can repeat this as many times as you like.

Make your Sim and get them into their house. Save the game once they’re moved in, then head back to the main menu. Before you load your Sims 3 saved game again, open the cheat console (Control + Shift + C) and type testingcheatsenabled true. Once you load your Sims game, the testing cheats will still be on.

To enable TestingCheats, open the console with Left CTRL+Shift+C (press/hold with one fluid motion in that order) or by pressing all four shoulder buttons on console. Once the white box appears, type testingcheats on. To disable testing cheat, type testingcheats off.

To fill up your sim’s needs, type the cheat sims.fill_all_commodities into the cheats console. This will fill up the needs bars of all the sims in your household. To only fill up an individual sim’s needs, you can hold Shift and click on the sim, then choose Cheat Need, then Make Happy.

To activate Sims 4 cheats on PS4 and Xbox One, load into the game and hold down all four triggers at the same time. A thin textbox will appear at the top of the screen. Enter “testingcheats true” in the textbox to enable cheats.
