Mike Pompeo Weight Loss Journey In 2022

Pompeo reported that he was just a few pounds away from getting to 300 when he decided to stick to the idea of weight loss.

The ex-CIA director started gaining weight after getting elected to the U.S. House of Representatives. It was the stress and an unhealthy routine that piled up weight in his body.

In June 2021, Pompeo realized that he was almost close to 300 lbs and he was getting conscious to take action. His wife and children were very supportive of his decision and helped him in his journey.

A fitness expert Micah LaCarte in Kansas City Star called him out to reveal the real process of shedding weight. He said, “I’ve done this for 20 years and have never seen anything like that. He would have to be on a massive starvation diet.”

Likewise many health experts and people have suspected Pompeo to have undergone weight loss surgery but there are no reports of such.
