Cedric McMillan was an American popular figure. He was an American IFBB(International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness) professional bodybuilder and United States Army Instructor.
McMillan was recognised as one of the bodybuilding builders of this generation. He was especially known for his classic physique that recalls the ‘golden age’ of bodybuilding over the larger physiques of the present era.
Cedric McMillan was born on August 17, 1977. At an early age, he developed an interest in muscular physiques and drew comic characters that had impressive physiques.
After seeing Arnold Schwarzenegger in Conan The Barbarian, he got inspired. At 13 years, his mother bought him a weight set.
Not long afterwards, he discovered that he had good genetics for bodybuilding and a passion for the sport. He later joined the Army after high school.
His friend, Mark Neil convinced and helped him to enter his first bodybuilding competition. He has since had a career in that area.
Cedric McMillan died yesterday, of a heart attack at 44 years.
