Hosila was born and raised in Surkhandarya, Uzbekistan. She joined K. Eshmuradov high school for her primary studies. For further studies, she joined the Yunus Razhaby School of Music. She studied arts and music for about 4 years starting from 1986.

Talking about her beginning, she started singing professionally after performing in a Cultural college program. After completing a master’s degree, she decided to start a career in the singing industry. 

Currently, she is probably the only female singer of Uzbekistan with folk music. She was inspired by ancient poetry for her singing. She is performed in the Spring 2004 International Folk Festival. Her concert was one of the best solo performances.
