Hitler – Bio, Height, Wife, Children, Wiki, Family, Who Killed Him

Hitler was one of the most notorious dictators in history, ruling Nazi Germany from 1934 to 1945. He was an Austrian native who moved to Munich at the beginning of World War I and was drafted into the German army in August 1914. His dictatorship led to policies that sparked World War II and the brutal murder of over 11 million people, made up of Jews, retarded, gay, Christian, communist and Roma, and Sinti-Gypsies. Hitler’s fascist regime ended when he committed suicide towards the end of the war. Its ultimate defeat marked the end of fascism as well as Germany’s dominance in European history.

Hitler’s bio

Hitler was born today in a townHungary (Austria-Hungary) called Braunau am Inn, closer to the German Reich border. His date of birth was April 20, 1889, after which he was christened Alois Hitler by his parents and his third wife Klara Polzi Adolphus Hitler. Hitler’s parents had a total of six children, but unfortunately three of them, namely Ida, Gustav and Otto, died in infancy. He was the 4th child in the family, but had two step-siblings from his father’s second marriage, Angela (b. 1883) and Alois Jr. (b. 1882), who also lived in the household.

His family moved to Passau, Germany when the young Hitler was just three when he had no trouble sucking up the distinctive Lower Bavarian dialect, rather than the Austrian German he spoke throughout his life. In 1894 his family returned to their native Austria and settled in Leonding. In June 1895 his father retired to Hafeld, very close to Lambach, where he farmed and kept bees.

Hitler attended a public elementary school called The family’s relocation to Hafeld coincided with the elementary school near Fischlham and sharp disagreements ensued between father and son when Hitler outspokenly disliked the strict discipline at his school. His disagreement resulted in him being beaten up by his father, although his mother showed him some solidarity by trying to protect him. When his father’s agricultural efforts turned out to be in vain, the family had to move again, but this time to Lambach.

At the age of eight, Hitler engaged in singing lessons, he was a member of the church choir, and at one point in his life he was considering becoming a priest. In 1898, together with his family, he finally returned to Leonding, where he received a great shock from the death of Edmund – his younger brother, who died of measles in 1900. In doing so, Hitler made a complete contrast from a confident, gregarious, meticulous student to a miserable, isolated boy who constantly fought his teachers and father.

His father wanted young Hitler to follow him after becoming successful as a customs officer, he met even more opposition from Hitler, who also rebelled against being referred to the Realschule in Linz in September 1900, and wishing to become an artist after attending a classical high school. After the death of his father on January 3, 1903, his mother withdrew him from school after a further deterioration in his academic performance. Both his performance and behavior improved when he entered the Realschule in Steyr in September 1904.

Hitler’s family, wife and children

As previously mentioned, Hitler was born into the Middle Kingdom family of Alois and Klara with six direct siblings and two step-siblings. He met his wife, Eva Braun, in 1929 and they married on April 29, 1945. He was rumored to have had a daughter, but this was never ascertained. Geli Raubal – his half-niece, who was said to be in a romantic relationship, committed suicide with his gun in Hitler’s Munich apartment. His younger sister Paula Hitler, the last surviving family member, died in June 1960.

Who Killed Hitler?

Hitler was not killed by anyone, but by him. On April 30, 1945, he committed suicide when he found out that Germany would be the loser of the raging war. He married his longtime lover Eva Braun on the midnight day that began on April 29, 1945. After being informed of the execution of Italian dictator Benito Mussolini, Hitler feared being captured by enemy force, so he committed suicide along with his new wife, barely 24 hours after their marriage.
