Dr. Hendrik Johannes van Eck (27 April 1902 – 19 Februarie, 1970) was ‘n Suid-Afrikaanse ingenieur en nyweraar. Hy is naby Kimberley gebore en studeer aan die Universiteit van Stellenbosch, in Leipzig, Duitsland asook in Berlyn. By laasgenoemde spesialiseer hy in chemiese ingenieurswese. Hy sluit aan by Yskor as werkbestuurder. In 1940 word hy aangestel as een van die uitvoerende hoofde by die Nywerheid-Ontwikkelingskorporasie (NOK) toe dié gestig word. Hy het later vir dr. H.J. van der Bijl as voorsitter opgevolg. Onder sy leiding het die NOK groot sukses en voorspoed behaal. In 1965 is hy tot voorsitter van Yskor benoem.
