Hema Hospital Description
Hema Hospital (Kisii level V Hospital) is a private Hospital-based ta Kisii Town, along the Gusii stadium road. It is the fastest-growing hospital in Kisii and in the wider western region of Kenya. It is equipped with modern facilities in the laboratory, surgical, renal, radiology etc which are run by specialized personnel. Hema Hospital provides both inpatient and outpatient facilities to its esteemed patients.
It was founded by Hon. Dr. Hezron Manduku in 1985 as Kisii maternity home. With the help of Mrs. Florence Manduku, it became the fast-growing hospital in Nyanza and the Western Kenya region. in 1995, it moved to its modern build, the first tallest building in Kisii and was the only building with a lift in Kisii town by then. It changed it’s name to Hema Hospital taking care of many patients. Hema Hospital is now a level V Hospital with incredible facilities and patient services delivery on all fronts.
