Heidi Northcott’s father, Harold Northcott, is from Central Alberta and grew up in Clive. Harold Northcott was a baseball player and a coach. He played his early years for Clive and then moved onto Lacombe, Stettler, and Red Deer before travelling to Edmonton at the age of 16 to play in the Junior League.
