Simon Rimmer is an English celebrity chef.

He was born on May 5, 1963, in Wallasey, Cheshire.

As a matter of fact, he initially studied textile and fashion design and later taught himself to cook. Prior to his television career, he owned two restaurants; one in West Didsbury and the other one in Earle in Hale.

Additionally, he also appeared as a judge for the British Sausage week.  Then he started his television career with Granada Breeze before regularly appearing in programs including This Morning, The One Show, The Gadget Show & Pointless Celebrity.

He is well recognized for his on-screen partnership with the love of weak Shandies and Tim Lovejoy.

There is no exact information on whether or not Simon Rimmer has left the Sunday Brunch.

However, we can see that after the sudden disappearance of Simon, he was replaced by Miqita Oliver, who clearly was not prepped whatsoever.

Apparently, Simon is away for a week as mentioned by his co-host Tim Lovejoy on the show. Simon’s absence wasn’t further explained.

On Friday, September 10 Simon tweeted that he will be away for a week. Hence, this gives an idea that he has not quite yet left The Sunday Brunch.

On the other hand, Miqita who replaced Simon was the hit of the show. Apparently, viewers loved Miqita and they mentioned they would love to see more of her on the show.

Simon Rimmer after his absence from the show was later spotted with Chef Tom Kerridge for the Pub in the park on the weekend.

He has also shared a picture on his Instagram.

Further, there is no intel on what is he up to and whether he will be hosting the Sunday Brunch with Tom Lovejoy again.
