Allegations made in October 2020 seem to be the source of rumors that Jeffree Star will spend time in jail. According to Insider, a guy by the name of Gage Arthur accused the beauty influencer of sexual assault in October 2020.
They claim that in 2009, while Arthur (a homeless teenager at the time) was in Jeffree’s house, Jeffree engaged in non-consensual oral sex with him after giving him Ambien till he became inebriated. Additionally, Arthur said that Jeffree shocked him with a close-range tasing device.
Has Jeffree Star been jailed?
Jeffree’s attorneys have refuted the allegations against him of violence and sexual assault.
According to documents obtained by the online rumor site Sticky Drama, Scott Andrews, a Jeffree Star Cosmetics CEO, paid Gage Arthur $45,000 in December 2020.
According to reports, Arthur received $25,000 for attempting to retract and $10,000 each for contacting two additional sources and requesting that they retract as well.
Given that Jeffree is not now the subject of a criminal investigation, this is somewhat puzzling. So it’s unclear why she would be going to prison in the first place.
