They presumed that he had Botox injections, facial fillers, collagens, and cosmetic surgery to refine his nose. Though he has speculated about getting various surgeries, he has never addressed any plastic surgery rumors.

However, the singer has not admitted or responded to any of these rumors yet. Like he tweeted when he had his arm surgery in 2014. In addition, there is no medical report available on social media that proves Harry underwent the procedure.

The comparison of his before and after photos is the only source of these rumors. We don’t know if the surgery rumor is true or false. And, if it’s true, why did he go to such lengths to change his all-powerful facial features?

Furthermore, there has been no recent news about his surgery.
