Erin Shannon Medical Help Story in NFL
Erin is the daughter of Mike Shannon, the St. Louis Cardinals broadcaster.
Joe Buck, the ESPN commentator for Monday Night Football, shared the medical help he had received from Erin during his time at Fox Sports.
Buck’s vocal chord problem in 2011 hindered his ability to speak well and commentate for the media. He grew depressed as speaking was an integral part of his job.
Shannon is Buck’s childhood friend, and they met during an NFL game in October 2011. Erin listened to his problem and decided that she could treat it. She ultimately helped him get his original voice back through energy medicine treatment.
Along with Buck, other NFL players like James Laurinaitis, the former linebacker of the New Orleans Saints, is also a client of hers.

He pursued a collegiate career at Virginia Tech University and played as the Middle Linebacker for the Virginia Hokies football team.
In June 2015, Chase was signed by the Oakland Raiders after he went undrafted. He told the Raiders how it was great growing up on the sidelines as the kid of an NFL coach.
Chase also described his 1st game day experience as “crazy” since he was going toe-to-toe with his dad’s team, Rams, in the pre-season match. It was ironic moment that the first match he played would be against his dad.

When the 2012 Rams head coach hired Gregg to be his defensive coach, Gregg had brought along his child to help him in the linebacker duties too.
Moreover, Blake was the Coaching Assistant for New Orleans Saints when they won the 2009 Super Bowl. Greg was the defensive coach, and it was a proud achievement for the father-child duo.
