A Chinese food delivery worker has been shot to death on the street in Queens. He was on a scooter when someone walked up front and shot him from the point-blank range.
Yan Zhiwen had been working at the Great Wall restaurant for around 14 years. He leaves behind a wife and three children.

Yan Zhiwen Shot Killed: What Happened To The Delivery Worker
Yan Zhiwen was shot to death while on his scooter on Saturday night in Queens.
As per sources, he was shot in Forest Hills at around 9 30 PM on Saturday. There’s video footage of the incident which has gone viral on the internet.
In the video, a man walks up to him after he pulls out his scooter. The man then goes and shoots right in his chest. The reason behind the murder is not revealed yet, neither is any relationship between the suspect and the victim.
Yan Zhiwen Shooting Suspect: Is He Arrested?
Yan Zhiwen’s shooting suspect is currently on the run.
As per the local police, the suspect reportedly drove off in a light gray Lexus towards eastbound of the street. However, no arrests have been made up until now.
The authorities are urging everyone to provide any information on the case. People, similarly, are helping the cause by spreading the news on social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook.
Let us all hope that the shooter will be behind bars as soon as possible.
