While most makeup artists you know have built their reputation on making people and things extremely glamorous, attractive and pleasing to the eye, Glam and Gore choose to focus on the opposite as much as she does by creating seductive looks, hence the name – Glam or Gore – which basically connotes the entire makeup, beauty and effects gimmick. Surely Mykie has proven her worth in beauty makeups, no one should disagree with that. Nonetheless, it seems her spooky special effects makeup has gotten most of the attention she now enjoys.
Now, while Mykie who believes she’s a “peoplepleaser” has pleased a lot of people with her makeup work, she’s kind of failed to do the same in terms of letting her fans know as much as they wish it with his life. So here are the facts of his life:

4. Mykie once pissed off her fans and was harshly criticized
It was on a Glam and Gore video she made and titled Repurposed Makeup Tutorial – Inspired by United Airlines. In the video, she used fake blood to recreate the looks of the doctor who was brutalized and violently removed from the United Airlines flight. The video drew heavy criticism from Mykie from her fans and people who thought it was insensitive and shed light on the man’s assault. She later apologized, stating that she was not making fun of the doctor, but only criticizing the airline in satire.
5. She once had a botched nose job.
According to Mykie, it all started when she was 17 and a high school student. She was involved in a car accident with her then-boyfriend and suffered serious internal and external injuries, as she was knocked unconscious. One of the many external injuries she suffered was damage to her nose, which caused her mouth to breathe and this affected her daily activities, including dancing which was her main focus at the time.
When she approached a doctor specializing in the problem, Mykie was told that she would have to have an operation to fix her nose. She came in for the surgery and asked for her nose to be reshaped to get rid of a bump she had gotten from the accident. After the surgery her nose came out even more disfigured, she had to see another doctor to fix it properly.
