Jay Riecke net worth: Jay Riecke is an American contractor, businessman, car enthusiast and reality TV personality who has a net worth of $70 million. Jay Riecke earned his fortune as the owner of Riecke Construction, a Louisiana-based development and contracting company. Riecke Construction has designed, acquired, and built numerous commercial, residential, and industrial developments throughout the Gulf South for several generations. Jay Riecke is a car enthusiast and has recently become famous for his appearances on the Discovery Channel reality shows Fast and Loud and Gas Monkey Garage. On the shows he is known for the kind of unreasonable, time-sensitive requests that are prime fodder for reality television. But he’s also known for having extremely deep pockets. For example, in one episode, Jay informs the Fast and Loud crew that he wanted a perfect replica of the Knight Rider car in two weeks to celebrate his birthday. After making his demands clear, he slaps $50,000 in cash on Richard Rawlings’ desk to make it happen. He also offered to double the money if the crew could get David Hasselhoff to appear at his party when the car was unveiled. Riecke owns dozens of exotic and classic cars.
