Sean Lennon Net Worth: Sean Lennon is an American musician and composer who has a net worth of $200 million dollars. Born Sean Taro Ono Lennon in New York City in 1975, Sean Lennon is the only son of Yoko Ono and John Lennon. He attended Columbia University, but left during his sophomore year to pursue a music career. Lennon’s introduction into the music industry came early, and he was part of Yoko Ono’s 1981 album, “Season of Glass”. He worked with his mother throughout his teens and even co-wrote Lenny Kravitz’s “All I Ever Wanted” when he was 16 years old. In 1998, his debut album, “Into the Sun”, was released. A year later, he launched an EP and continued his work with the band Cibo Matto until it disbanded. Lennon’s next solo album didn’t appear until 2006. Appearances for “Friendly Fire” marked the first time Lennon was back in the spotlight in nearly five years. He founded his own label, Chimera Music, and began working in the film industry. His film scores include “Smile for the Camera” and “Friendly Fire”. He briefly appeared on “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” as a musician in 1997 and as himself in a 1998 episode of “Melrose Place”. Lennon has publicly spoken on several issues, making an appearance at Occupy Wall Street protests and publishing his opinion in opposition to fracking. His godfather is music legend Elton John, and Lennon was one of the first recipients of a Macintosh computer in 1984 as a gift from Steve Jobs. Lennon has also released albums with Albert Hammond, Jr., Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger, Claypool Lennon Delirium, and more.
