Frank Crowley, who was born on May 29th, 1939, in Banteer, Ireland, Crowley was an Irish Fine Gael politician who represented the Cork North-West constituency as a Teachta Dála (TD) from 1981 to 1997.
He won election to Cork County Council as a councillor for the Kanturk local electoral area in 1991; he was re-elected in 1999 but did not run in the 2004 local elections.
