Francis Thuita Kimemia ( Born 27th October 1957) in Lari Constituency, Kiambu County. Vying for Nyandarua County gubernatorial seat in 2017, is a Kenyan politician, the former Secretary to the Cabinet of Kenya. He is the former Head of Civil Service. He took over from Francis Muthaura in 2012.
He previously served as Permanent Secretary, Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security of Kenya. Kimemia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Public Administration and a Master of Business Administration.
