Requirements

- A print out of your Campus France ID number is required during the visa application.
- A letter of registration from the academic Institution you have been enrolled to is needed.
- A cover letter explaining the study project and a CV Resume is to be among the list of other documents which is needed for the visa processing.
- A proof of payment for your tuition fees a minimum of 615 Euros per month for the complete academic term is to be needed.

France Business Visa Eligibility &
Requirements
- French business visa allows citizens of Vietnam to do business and attend business meetings while in France.
- The invitation letter from the company you are visiting should state the duration and purpose of your visit.
- A letter from your employer in Vietnam stating awareness and allowance of your business travel for the duration of your time in the country.
- If there were previous trade relations between the two companies, proof of such events must be provided
- Applicants are to provide bank statements from the last 6 months during the visa processing.
- If the applicants will be financially supported during their trip, a sponsorship letter is required. I
- The invitation letter must be accompanied by a bank statement of the sponsor, no older than three months.
- The applicant’s expenses during their stay in the Schengen zone, either the employer or the partner company must state coverage of expenses on the letter or invitation.
- You are required to provide the original copies of all documents with clear double-sided photocopies at the embassy. You should NOT staple the documents together.
- Self-employed citizens must submit proof of business certification such as the business license and the company’s certified bank account statements for the last three months.
- Income tax return statements from the last three years is needed during the visa processing.
- Confirmed flight returns to your home country is presented.
- Travel insurance with a minimum coverage of 30000 euros.

France Work Visa Eligibility &
Requirements
- French work visa allows foreigners to legally work in France.
- French work visa has two categories; temporary and permanent work visa.
- The temporary work visa is valid for less than 90 days and are for workers intending to work for a short time in France.
- While permanent work visa is valid for more than 90 days.
- Citizens of France must have gained employment with a French company before initiating their application process.
- Your employer or employing company has to apply for a work permit on your behalf.
- Before your work permit is granted approval, you will need authorization from French immigration authorities.
- If you intend to work in France for less than 90 days, your employer is expected to apply for a temporary work visa on your behalf.
- The long stay work visa can also double as a residence permit.
- You are expected to present a complete documentation of on the type of work you are required to do in France at the French consulate.
- After 18 months in a long-stay residence permit as an employee in France, you are then permitted to bring your family to France.
- The one- to three-year residence/work permit is for highly skilled workers. To be eligible, you must have a diploma/degree attesting to three years of higher education or five years’ professional experience in a specific field, your monthly net salary and work contract for at least a year.
