Michael Modano has five kids with wife Allison Modano completing his blessed family of six. Ice hockey star Mike played primarily for the Minnesota North stars.
With the Dallas Stars, Mike has experienced both team and individual success. He also led the Dallas Stars team in their quest for the most coveted trophy in professional sports: the Stanley Cup.
Thus, they made it to the playoffs every year from 2002 to 2011 after only six years in Dallas during the 1999 to 2000 season. Similarly, in 2003 Mike was named Captain of the Dallas Stars, an honor Brenden Morrow assumed in 2006 because of his leadership on and off the ice.
Mike Modano Has Five Kids With Allison
Mike adores his children while they get much love from thier mom Allison Micheletti Modano. Being parents to five kids, the ice hockey star has a huge family.
Allison Modano is the second partner of Mike as he was engaged to former fiance Kerri Nelson for a year. However, they ended the engagement in a year after the proposal while he was in tenure with the Raiders.
Similarly, after a few years, he proposed to singer and songwriter Willa Ford and married her. But after five years in 2012, they announced their divorce. During this time, Willa was asked by the NHL to blog about the Stars’ 2007 playoff series as well.
Eventually, a year later, he tied the knot with Allison Micheletti, a professional golfer, on 1st September 2013. Allie is also known as the daughter and niece of former NHL players Joe Micheletti and Pat Micheletti, respectively.
As another year passed, they were blessed with two twins, Jack and Kate, in 2014. After two years, they had a daughter named Reese in 2016. A couple of years later, in 2018, they again had a son named Luca. Lastly, their youngest daughter, Quinn Lily Modano, came into the world in 2020.
Baby Twins Jack and Kate Were The First To Arrive
The loving couple, Mike and Allison have a team of five offspring while their first babies were twins.
The couple welcomed them and shared the pictures Mike posted on his Instagram of their first twin son and daughter as he captioned the post with Litte Jack and Little Kate, pointing to them as a baby boy and baby girl in the sonography pictures.
And, after their birth, we can find tons of pictures that Mike posted celebrating the joy of parenthood on his social media accounts, where they have shared their life as parents to their first children born as twins.
Being parents to the first-ever children born as twins would be tough. The couple’s hands always look busy as they have to look after the two babies by themselves, keeping both their hands busy in the absence of the other parents or taking care of at least one baby each to share the load.
Third Baby Daughter Reese
The couple had baby Reese as their third child from the second pregnancy in 2016. As Mike celebrated the 2nd birthdays of the twins in July 2016, they got another sibling, Reese.

Fourth Baby Son Luca
Around May 2018, Allison shared a few pictures with the baby bump. She announced and shared about their fourth baby, Luca.

The couple went through a major loss during this time as they lost a baby. But their rainbow baby was soon to be born in October. Both of them shared the news with pictures of home birth using the water birth method that kept the couple more attached to the newborn baby at a personal level.
Along with the news, we can see how Luca’s siblings were overgrowing as Mike shared a video of their big sister Kate playing ice hockey just like her dad.
By this time, they had a helping hand, as we can see their growing twinnies sharing the load by watching out for their baby sister and baby brother.
Youngest Kid Quinn Is The Fifth
As time passed, the couple welcomed their youngest baby princess Quinn. The This baby also came to the world by home birth.
Their youngest little one was brought into the world on August 2020. So, she was born during the pandemic year.
And as the couple celebrated 7 years of togetherness on September 2020, Mike expressed his gratitude to his better half Allison for making his and the kids’ lives unique.
Eventually, in an interview with VOKAL, Mike shared about his life raising five kids where he shared that Mike and his look after the kids’ schedule before they plan for anything, as they want their kids to get into every possible sport.
Similarly, he also shared that they manage everything as a team, but sometimes things might get messed up. But the way they are handling the situation with the family is truly commendable.
