Felice Herrig is an American kickboxer, mixed martial artist, and Muay Thai fighter who fights professionally in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). She is one of the hardest working strawweight women in the sport with a multi-fight deal she signed in September 2011 with the XFC in Florida. Felice Nicole Herrig was born in Buffalo Grove, Illinois on September 18, 1984. Not much is known about her childhood except that we know that she grew up in a family where her parents struggled financially to support herself. All she had was her love for fighting and training relentlessly with the dream of one day doing it professionally. After graduating from Buffalo Grove High School in 2003, she developed her kickboxing skills and did well to maintain a professional kickboxing record of 23-5 with a No. 2 rank in the IKF Women’s Muay Thai (International Federation kickboxing).
