The James sisters have asked former Tory transport minister Steven Norris to chair their London property empire. Fawn, 25, and India Rose, 20, are the grand- daughters of the late top-shelf magazine publisher Paul Raymond. They inherited 80% of his prime property in Soho, with the rest going to his son, Howard Raymond (qv). Their Soho Estates made £18.4m profit on £24.4m sales and had net assets of £378m in 2009.
