Reddit: Is Taylor Swift Carolina Song Leaked on Tiktok?
Taylor Swift is going to release her Carolina song tonight. Swift has released remakes and previously unreleased bonus tracks from her run of re-recorded library albums in the meantime, but this is the first brand-new song she has released since her “Evermore” album in late 2020.
Hardcore fans were already quite aware that the song would be released tonight. The way Swift herself used to send out secret messages in the lyric sheets for several of her early albums was employed on Tuesday this week by the official Instagram account for “Where the Crawdads Sing” to spell out “Carolina This Thursday” when put together sequentially.
Points of interest were shared by Reese Witherspoon, who produced the film, and director Olivia Newman in a recent roundtable. The song was recorded in one take, utilizing only instruments that were available in the early 1950s, when the first half of “Where the Crawdads Sing” is set.
The song has not been leaked. However, along with a short audio sample of her singing “Carolina knows,” Swift also released a video with an image of a forested stream and the words “Carolina Midnight.”
Is Taylor Swift Releasing New Album?
Taylor Swift announced that she had started re-recording her first six albums in November 2020. Following a widely reported argument with music manager Scooter Braun, Taylor took the decision to do so.
Big Machine Records, Taylor’s previous record company, sold all of her masters to Scooter in 2019. Then, in a Tumblr post, Taylor talked candidly about her challenging relationship with Scooter.
1989 (Taylor’s Version release ) date has not yet been officially announced. Because she hinted at “Wildest Dreams (Taylor’s Version)” in the Spirit Untamed teaser, fans first assumed it would be the second rerelease following Fearless (Taylor’s Version). The song, however, was not included in the movie when it was released on June 4. In September 2021, Taylor released the song.
Red (Taylor’s Version), the second album to be re-recorded, will be released in November, Taylor subsequently announced. Fans are confident that 1989 (Taylor’s Version) will be the third rerelease because she has left numerous 1989 teases in recent social media postings, interviews, and music videos.
