There are a number of celebrities who have married more than four times in the past, just like there are other celebrities who have never been married. While some of them simply do not believe in the institution of marriage, others have different and uncommon reasons why they prefer to stay and if possible die without getting married.
However, among the celebrities who have refused to marry, there are those who have lived with their partner for a very long time and who even have children, but the idea of tying the knot does not only appeal to them.
Famous Celebrities Who Never Married
1. Oprah Winfrey
Oprah Winfrey is probably one of the most famous celebrities who never married. The interesting thing, though, is that she’s been with her partner, Stedman Graham, longer than many other married celebrities have been with their spouses.
Oprah and Graham have been dating since 1986, then in 1992 they got engaged. Soon after, they decided that marriage was not for them and so they simply remain partners.
2. Al Pacino
Many would be surprised to find Al Pacino on our list of celebrities who never married. Academy-winning actor Al Pacino has dated some of Hollywood’s biggest stars, but the Godfather actor didn’t have enough reason to make him want to get married.
Heading into the 80s, Al Pacino who dated women like Beverly D’Angelo and Jill Clayburgh remained single. In 2018, it was announced that he was dating Israeli actress, Meital Dohan, who was 39 at the time.

There was a time when Leonardo DiCaprio was probably the most handsome man in Hollywood and the most eligible bachelor. However, he stayed away from getting married even though he is now in his 40s. Singer, songwriter and actress, Sheryl Crow has dated some of the most successful men in sports, film and music. However, she was never married. She had relationships with men like Steve Bing, Lance Armstrong and Kidd Rock.
In 2017, who has already adopted two children, said she was still open to marriage.

There was also Coco Johnsen, who sued him for $9 million because, according to her, he promised he would marry her and support her. In his challenge to have him fired, Maher said he was a confirmed bachelor and did not promise marriage to the former Playboy Cyber Girl or promise to support her.
