Two persons died in two separate gunshots in the Fair Oaks neighborhood of Sacramento County & Gersain was identified as a suspect in the shootings near Fair Oaks Park.
According to Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office Spokesperson Rodney Grassmann, around 5:55 p.m., at a packed Fair Oaks Park, one guy approached a group of individuals & fired particularly at another man in a group.
At Fair Oaks Park, the first person killed by gunshot died. Officials stated the first gunman was taken to the hospital and died of injuries. The second shooter is still on the loose. Nobody else was hurt.
Detectives & crime scene investigators were dispatched to the location, where they questioned a large number of witnesses & gathered evidence. At this time, no more information or suspect information is available.
Shootings Near Fair Oaks Park Suspect Name Gersain- Who Is He?
Two men dead in two different shootings in the Fair Oaks neighborhood. The first incident occurred at Fair Oaks Park, near Fair Oaks Boulevard and Madison Avenue, and the suspect’s identity was Gersain. But, there is no information about Gersain’s details. He falls into the limelight after the shooting incident. So, his personal information is not known.
A group of guys was gathered at the park shortly before 5:55 p.m. when 39-year-old Gersain, whose buddies refused to disclose his last name, strolled up & shot one of them, killing them. The gunman then began fleeing & was pursued by at least one armed individual who fired and killed the first shooter numerous times in front of an apartment complex on Madison Avenue.
When another armed person tracked them down & shot them only a short distance further near the intersection of the streets, the shooter fled the scene towards an area just outside the Ventana Townhomes Complex.
What Is The Motive Behind The Rampage?
The reason for the rampage is yet unknown to the people. Two persons were slain in two separate shootings in the Fair Oaks region, prompting authorities to investigate.
The police official claimed Monday night that the shooting was not random & that the persons involved knew one another.
The two law enforcement agencies have been investigating the homicide because the first lethal bullet occurred in the sheriff’s jurisdiction & the second occurred in Citrus Heights.
Despite several witnesses at the crime scene, authorities have struggled to develop a suspect description.
The officer has not made any arrests or provided new information about the shooting.
In addition, authorities said they were working with about two dozen witnesses to gather information about the event.
