Turpin children, who were rescued in 2018, came to the media for the first time as two sisters spoke about the environment in an interview.
13 kids of the Turpin couple were rescued from their house in a malnourished state in 2018.
David Allen Turpin and Lousie Anna Turpin were the parents of the 13 descendants of the family.
The couple was nowhere near the ideal parents for the kids. They were arrested in 2018 after a 17-year-old girl who escaped from the house reported to the police about the harassment.
When the police arrived on the scene, they found 13 children of the Turpin family all in a severe state of weakness and malnourishment.
On top of that, all of them were physically, sexually, and emotionally abused.
Now after more than two years of the incident, two daughters of the family came forward to the media as they opened up about the environment they grew up in.

Explore Turpin Children: Names And Ages
The Turpin children found in the house were ranging from the age of 29 to 3.
David and Lousie gave birth to 13 babies from 1988 to 2015 and there were 10 daughters and three sons in the family.
It was the 17-year-old Jordan, now 21, who escaped the house and called 911 before the officers raided the residence.
Another girl who appeared alongside Jordan in the interview is her sister Jennifer.
Jennifer is the eldest child at the age of 33 while the youngest might be around the age of 6.
Besides them, the age and identity of the other members of the Turpin siblings are not disclosed due to privacy reasons.
Turpin Children: Where Are They Now?
All 13 members of the Turpin siblings are living their lives freely in the open world.
One of them recently got graduated from college whereas, some are doing jobs and living independently.
Similarly, the younger ones are attending their schools and living a normal childhood life.
Jennifer in an interview published in The Sun opened up about her dream of becoming a singer after she danced in a song while she was still in the hospital bed.
Music became her desire since then even though she now makes money by working in a restaurant.
While Jordan didn’t feel good enough to reveal her future plans, she did mention that all the siblings were living freely and are happy.
However, reports also reveal that some of them are still struggling to live a good life and are ‘living in squalor’.

How Can You Help The Turpin Children?
Many people are willing to help the Turpin children but no verified GoFundme campaigns are active now.
There are reports that several fake GoFundMe campaigns were run when the incident first came to light and the money never reached the victims.
After that, one verified link was found which was done by the City Of Perris Victims Relief Fund which is now closed after it successfully raised just over $30k.
So, no such effort to raise funds through online media is available at the moment.
