She is a woman of diversity. She was born Erin Taylor Lim on April 14, 1990 into a mixed ethnicity with Filipino and Chinese roots, as well as Spanish and Italian roots. She then moved to Singapore where she became an on-air correspondent for E! Asia Network. She was also an animator and producer. Her work there saw her cover everything from fashion to music, film, pop culture, entertainment and everything in between.
In 2014, Erin Lim founded her company Black Pearl Productions PTE. LTD. The company she founded in Singapore is still in business today.
With e!She has been involved in numerous projects, including Snapchat’s ‘The Rundown’ show, which averaged 13 million viewers. She is also a panel member on “Live From E!” Network, among others.
In 2017, E! News was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Entertainment News. This is partly due to Lim’s significant contribution to the network.
Along with her work as a media personality and host, the charismatic Lim is also an actress. She had a starring role in the television sitcom, Rules of Tham. The show on Singapore’s largest network aired from September 2013 to November of the same year. That said, she still doesn’t have a significant resume as an actress.
