Eric Theiss is an American chef who is widely known for his accepted brands; Wine and Tennis. He was born on November 9, 1970, in New Jersey, United States to an Italian mother in Northern New Jersey. He started developing a passion for cooking at the age of six when his mother passed him a cookbook.
However, his love for food manifested during his early twenties when Eric started working late nights in the restaurant of New York. While working late nights in the restaurant, Eric decided to take the risk of initiating something of his own. So, in 1997, Eric took abound of conviction and started his fine dining restaurant and bar in West Chester, naming it Meritage, which made him the country’s superb chef.
Today, he is just not a chef but also a product developer. Eric develops products for his tennis and wine brands. Moreover, Eric is seen presenting cool kitchen tools of his brands along with other well-reputed brands like Rachael Ray, Waring Pro, and Charbroil. Beyond that, Eric is into publishing cookbooks.
Eric has already authored seven cookbooks so far. With that achievement, Eric is able to add the title of an author to his accomplished career. As of 2019, he hosts successful and award-winning long-form infomercials featuring the Power Pressure cooker xl along with air fryer products.
