The former Missouri Governor, who is a candidate for the US Senate from the Republican, is revealed to have been physically abusive towards his former wife and his children.
The affidavit reads the ‘unstable and coercive behavior’ of Eric where he had threatened his former wife on several occasions.
Eric Greitens Cuffing And Abuse Scandal
Eric Greitens cuffed his then-3-year-old son at the dinner table and yanked him by his hair.
The physical violence towards the children was left to be seen by his then-wife Sheena Greitens.
On the affidavit, she has revealed to have been abused physically and mentally for years. Eric took the advantage of his political power to threaten his wife several times.
Eric knocked his wife down and confiscated her cell phone, wallet, and keys for her to be unable to reach out for help.
The candidate for the US Senate, Mr. Greitens had purchased a gun and blackmailed his wife to support him by threatening to kill himself. His access to firearms made several people worried in February, April, and May 2018.
While seeking help for the therapist, Sheena was forced to delete her emails with the therapist by threatening her to accuse of child abuse. Furthermore, he had used cuss words towards his wife by accusing her of providing his information.
In addition, Eric had threatened his former wife to get arrested for kidnapping and child abuse when she tried to fly her children to her parents’ home.

Eric had threatened to get her job offer revoked as well.
Sheena informed about his abusive behavior for the affidavit which is part of the ongoing child custody dispute in Missouri.

Eric Greitens had an affair with his hairstylist in 2015.
He was indicted of invasion-of-privacy charge in February 2018 and was accused of taking the compromising photo without her consent.
He had admitted to his then-wife Sheena and had warned her to face legal trouble if she had disclosed the fact.
