The show Alex Vs America is a Food Network hit cooking competition show. The new season of the show will premiere on March 14, 2023.
The Food Network’s show is hosted by the renowned chef Eric Adjepong on Discovery Plus.
Each episode of Alex vs America features three culinary superstars battling against Alex and each other over two rounds.
At the start of each battle, host Eric Adjepong announces the culinary theme for Alex and the contestants’ meals.
In the first phase, contestants can collaborate to choose components and decide how much time is allotted.
Each dish is blind-tasted by two judges who are well-versed in the episode theme. Only the top three chefs progress to the next round, and the least successful challenger, even if it is Alex, is eliminated.
The chef who wins the first round gets to choose all ingredients for the second culinary challenge.
The final dishes of the other chefs determine who wins bragging rights and a cash prize.
Alex will fight against James Bread Winners in the first episode, which will air on April 16, 2023.
