Elliana was born and raised in Colorado, US. She is the talented daughter of Yolanda and Kevin. She also has two brothers Luke and Jacob. She inspired her and has encouraged her to always chase her dreams.
According to Elliana, Kelly brings out the best in her. Elliana Walmsley Rise To Fame
Elliana began dancing when she was only 18 months old. She first trained in ballet under the renowned dance academy, Joffrey Ballet. In 2015, she was crowned ‘Miss Petite Dancer America’ and the following year she hopped onto the crew of Abby Lee’s ‘Dance Moms’ in season 6. Elliana has also won umpteen scholarships and awards for both regional and national dance competitions. She is also a cheerleader and is a member of the ‘Adrenaline Crew’. In the reality show ‘Dance Moms’ she won the ‘Mini Solo Award’, for her performance on the song ‘Sing for You.’ Abby was very proud of her, and her performance moved her up the charts in her Mini team. She is presently a member of ‘Elite Dance Academy’ and rehearses at ‘The Dance Movement of Colorado.’ In September 2016, she appeared in a dance video that was choreographed by Elizabeth Goitia for the song ‘Unbreakable.’

She appeared in the web series The Brooke and Elliana Show with pop singer Brooke Butler. In 2016 she joined the US reality TV show Dance Moms, alongside her mother, Yolanda, during Season 6. She became a permanent member of the cast during Season 7 in 2017, before leaving at the end of that year. She returned for some episodes in season 8.
In 2017, she participated in a national tour with castmate Maesi Caes to teach dance masterclasses and give solo performances. At the end of 2017, Walmsley originated the lead role of Grace in the musical Dance Divas Nutcracker, based on Cheryl Burke’s book series: Dance Divas. It was performed off-Broadway from December 13 to December 17 at Theatre Row, New York City, where a portion of the money made went towards the charity “Dancers with Cancer”

In July 2017, she competed at the annual national dance competition The Dance Awards, held in Orlando, Florida. She finished in the top ten in the Mini Female Best Dancer category. In the words of her mother, Yolanda, “Elliana is a girl who never gives up.”With a never-say-die spirit, she strives to reach her true potential; she is always pushing herself a step further, to attain the difficult. She keeps drilling herself night after night until she can perfectly execute a dance step. She toils to inspire children her age to achieve their dreams. She isn’t envious of her fellow team member or contestants on shows. She always encourages them and wishes the best for them. Her mother defines her character as humble and sensitive. Elliana hates to brag about her talent. In fact, it is surprising that before ‘Dance Moms’ happened, her teachers and classmates at school never knew of her talent and awards. She always hid her achievements as she didn’t ever want her friends to consider her boastful.

In the season 8 premiere, Elliana was introduced as a member of Abby’s new team. We saw Elliana, Liliana, and Maesi (another dancer from season seven) leading the auditions for the new hopeful members of the team, each wearing a shirt that said “Abby’s Army.”
“I think Lilly, Elli and Maesi all thought they were safe,” Abby says in an interview. “But I think they should be a little nervous. You never know who’s going to come in and pass you right up.”
That, however, was the last we saw of the 11-year-old. This week, however, at the end of dramatic competition Abby announced that Elliana would be returning to the ALDC as a member of the elite competition team. (A shock to the team after Brady Farrar was kicked off the previous week.) Abby said she felt Elliana would be a good fit for the team with the other girls. This news, however, did not sit well with two mothers: Erin, mother to Savannah Kristich, and Stacey, mother to Lilliana Ketchman.
Stacey and Elliana’s mother, Yolanda, have a difficult past. The two even got into a physical altercation in season 7. Erin, however, was more worried what Elliana’s return would mean for her daughter’s spot on the team, as Elliana has a history of beating Savannah in competitions.
One thing’s for sure, it won’t be an easy road for Elliana. In her introduction video, she says, “I feel a lot of pressure since I’m returning member. Abby expects me to be the best because I’ve been here to longest out of anybody, so hopefully I impress her and will have gotten better since she last saw me.”

Elliana Walmsley Trolls Experience
Elliana Walmsley is also a superfan of the Dreamworks Trolls toys. Last month, the multi-national toy company Hasbro held its annual fan convention HASCON in Providence, Rhode Island.
