Elizabeth Holmes is a former biotechnology entrepreneur from America who served as the founder and CEO of the medical diagnostic company Theranos Inc.
Meanwhile, Holmes was convicted of fraud in connection to Theranos in 2022. A federal grand jury indicted Elizabeth and former Theranos COO Ramesh Balwani on fraud charges in June 2018.
Furthermore, Holmes’ trial in the case of U.S. v. Holmes et al. ended in January 2022 when she was convicted of defrauding investors and cleared of defrauding patients.
Following the conviction, Holmes was sentenced to serve 11+ years in prison, and her sentence began on May 30, 2023. So, she is leaving her kids with her husband to serve her time in prison.

Elizabeth Holmes is the proud mother of two children, William and Invicta, whom she shared with her husband, Billy Evans. The married couple was happy to announce the pregnancy news in March 2021.

As said earlier, Elizabeth Holmes has two kids with her partner Billy Evans. The married pair met each other for the first time in early 2017. After a while, they fell for each other and got engaged in early 2019.
Reportedly, Billy proposed to Holmes with his MIT signet ring, which was a pretty big deal for him. In mid-2019, the engaged couple exchanged marital vows in a private ceremony.
Despite that, the duo has not officially confirmed whether they are legally married. Meanwhile, some online sources have not stopped calling Billy a partner rather than a husband.
