Ishaku Elisha Cliff Abbo popularly known as Elisha Abbo, is a Nigerian politician and a Senator representing the Adamawa North senatorial district in Adamawa State at the Nigerian 9th National Assembly.
Abbo was born and raised in Gova in Muchalla village, Mubi North L.G.A Adamawa State where he originally hails from.
He has lived in several parts of the world such as Lagos, London, Sydney, Canada, Abuja and so on.
He is said to be one of the youngest senator in the country at the age of 41.
Abbo was once referred to as the ‘Face of the Youth’ in the Nigerian politics.
He is a young advocate of the masses and highly energetic with a focus mindset.
He is an entrepreneur with great business ideas and a political consultant.
Elisha became known to many after a video of him assaulting a woman and threatening to arrest another, surface online.
Ever since the video went viral it has brought about mixed reactions online.

Career
Prior to politics, Elisha Abbo was the CEO and Managing director of a multinational political consultancy firm identified as “Saice & Wright Group”, Abuja.
Abbo was once former Senior Special Assistant to Governor Murtala Nyako and a former Secretary of the Adamawa State Sports & Youths Council.
Elisha Abbo was elected on February 23, 2019 as the Senator representing Adamawa North under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) platform having defeated the incumbent senator, Binta Masi Garba of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
