Elijah McClain, who died at the age of 23, has finally found justice on 1 September 2021. His killers are arrested and charged with the murder of Elijah.
Elijah McClain was a Black-American massage therapist.
His death at the hands of the police on 30 August 2019 had created quite a turmoil on the internet. Respect for the US police has been on the decline, and the many reasons for that are cases like Elijah.
Like McClain, police brutality has delivered many other victims including, George Floyd, Daunte Wright, and Breonna Taylor. Statistics show that just in the first half of 2021, 523 people were shot, out of which 104 were black people. Further, 1021 people were shot in 2020 and 999 shot in 2019.
The increase in police brutality to black people gave birth to The Black Lives Matter movement in 2013.

Elijah McClain’s parents, father LaWayne Mosley and mother Sheneen McClain, have finally found justice for their bereaved son.
Elijah was a kind and introverted man. Before his death, he shared an apartment with his cousin and had worked as a massage therapist for four years.
His family moved from Denver to Aurora to avoid gang violence. Intellectually gifted but heavily independent, he was homeschooled. And as a teenager, he self-taught violin and guitar.
An introverted and gentle person, McClain used to play music for the abandoned animals with the belief of putting the animals at ease. Not only animals, but he also treated humans with the same compassion and kindness.
Just like the saying “good people are the first to leave the Earth,” he rested his soul in 2019 with his final words, I’m different.
Elijah McClain Killers Arrest And Sentence
Elijah McClain’s killers consist of five people, three police officers & two paramedics.
The police officers are Randy Roedema, Nathan Woodyard, and Jason Rosenblatt, while the paramedics are Lt. Peter Cichuniec and Jeremy Cooper.
Apparently, the five involved people put Elijah into a chokehold and used a powerful sedative, eventually killing him. Although the journey for Elijah’s justice was a difficult one, justice has finally been served.
All the involved people were indicted by the grand jury and charged with manslaughter and negligent homicide.
