TV personality EJ Johnson is the son of NBA Hall of Famer Magic Johnson. The father-son pair have been open about their initial arguments when he came out as gay as a teenager. 

He and his mother went to Jada Smith’s show, Red Table talk, to open up about the ordeal saying his mother knew he was different when he asked for dresses and babies instead of cars and toys. Thing escalated after he entered puberty and showed no signs of being attracted to girls or even looking at one.
