Nicole “Coco” Austin Net Worth: Nicole “Coco” Austin is a model, actress, reality TV personality, and dancer who has a net worth of $5 million. Although Nicole is a successful figure in the entertainment industry, she is perhaps best known as the wife of Ice-T, the famous American rapper. When combined with his fortune, Nicole’s net worth is theoretically much higher. She is also known as “Coco Marie,” “Coco-T,” “Coco Marie Austin,” or simply “Coco.” Early Life: Nicole Austin was born on March 17th of 1979 in Tarzana, California. Raised in nearby Palos Verdes alongside four siblings, she eventually moved with her family to Albuquerque, New Mexico at the age of ten. When she was still very young, one of her brothers began to mispronounce her name, saying “Cole Cole” instead of “Nicole.” This eventually became “Coco,” and the name stuck. Austin has described herself as a tomboy, and she grew up riding ATVs and playing football. However, she also became very interested in dance as a young girl, studying jazz, tap, and ballet. Career: By the age of 18, Coco was an established swimsuit, lingerie, and body model, appearing in a wide range of calendars, catalogs, and videos. In 1998, she won the Miss Ujena contest. By 2001, she started working at the Playboy Mansion. This soon led to her appearance in a range of R-rated films, including “Southwest Babes,” “Desert Rose,” and “The Dirty Monks.” As the years went by, Austin began to appear on television shows like “Hip Hop Wives,” “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson,” “The Dr. Oz Show,” “Celebrity Family Feud,” and “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.” In 2008, she featured in an issue of Playboy Magazine. Later in 2013, she appeared in the Las Vegas revue “Peepshow,” playing the lead role. Eventually, she and her husband started their own reality show called “Ice Loves Coco,” which started in 2011 and ran for three seasons. Relationships: Nicole Austin married Tracy “Ice-T” Marrow in 2002. They eventually renewed their vows in 2011, and in 2015 they announced that they had welcomed their first child into the world. As of 2020, they are still happily married. Real Estate: A few years after marrying, Austin and Ice-T sold their 4,000 square-foot home in Los Angeles. Ice-T had originally purchased the home back in the 90s, and the couple managed to sell it for $2 million. In 2005, they purchased a 2,161-square-foot home in New Jersey for $1.5 million. After doing extensive renovations to this property, they eventually listed it on the real estate market for $979,000 after lowering the initial asking price from $1.1 million. Apparently the couple was willing to take a loss of over $500,000 in order to sell the property. In 2012, the couple sold another home in Sunny Isles, Florida for $1.29 million. Again, Ice-T and Austin suffered a significant loss, as they had originally paid $1.53 million for the three-bedroom home back in 2007. Also in 2012, the couple purchased a property in Edgewater, New Jersey for $2.199 million. The 4,200-square foot home boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
