She was arrested and charged with attempted murder after she pushed another woman onto the railway tracks from the platform at Yonge-Bloor Station, Toronto.
According to Toronto Sun, she was arrested on April 18, 2022, at around 6:18 p.m. from Finch GO Station. She will appear before the court on Tuesday, April 19, 2022.
However, the apparent motive for the assault is not clear yet but the authorities are currently investigating the case.
After the incident, other fellow commuters in and around Toronto are scared for their safety but the wake of the incident has also heightened the awareness among the commuters.

According to OnTrend, On Monday evening, TTC spokeswoman Stuart Green informed CP24 that a TTC employee saw the suspect and called the cops.
It’s also unclear whether the two ladies involved in the incident, the accused and the victim, knew each other before the incident.
To date, there has been no evidence of a motive for the alleged pushing incident, and an investigation is underway.
