Echo Kellum is an Illinoisian who was born on 29. August 1982. There are no details about the actor’s parents, siblings, early life and education. Due to his inclination towards the performing arts, Kellum honed his acting skills at improv and sketch comedy theaters such as The Groundlings, IO West and the Upright Citizens Brigade.
The African-American actor debuted his entertainment career by appearing in commercials and stage plays. He later moved to Los Angeles to improve his acting skills and earn a living. Between 2012 and 2013, Kellum’s comic talents were unleashed on the show Ben & Kate where he portrayed the character, Tommy. Although the show was a success and helped shine Kellum’s light, it was still short-lived, lasting only one season.
