After losing all hope that she might never make it Debbie Thomas, Earl’s mother, got the surprise of her life when she discovered she was pregnant with Earl after two years of diagnosis. It was a bag of surprises for her as she didn’t undergo any treatment. She never gave up her belief that her body could heal her wounds naturally. In this way, Earl Thomas was born on May 7, 1989, better guessed Earl’s father. Earl Snr. couldn’t hide his joy.
Earl Thomas was raised as a responsible child in Orange City. His mother prefers to call him “Prodigy” than his name. He was showered with all kinds of love and parental care and when he came of age he began to show his interest in football. With the support of his parents, he was recognized as one of the best athletes and academics during his time at West Orange-Stark High School.
Upon leaving high school, he was a four-star recruit and was recognized as the top athlete in his class. Joining the University of Texas football team, he proved invaluable to the team and by the end of his college career his top form had spread abroad. His head swollen with comments he received from his coach and fans, he publicly declared his intention to join the National Football League (NFL) despite not graduating from college.
