Fenwa Milhouse husband Wilber Milhouse is a high school football coach. Wilber Milhouse coaches the Thornwood High School Football team.
She is a board-certified urologist with fellowship training in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery.
The Doctor was born in Nigeria, and her family came to the United States when she was two years old. Her mother was a nurse, while her father is a geologist with a PhD.
Dr Fenwa grew up in Texas and attended medical school at The University of Texas in Houston. She also completed her Urology Residency in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at the University of Chicago.
Currently, Fenwa works as a pelvic floor surgeon and Intimate medicine specialist in a Chicago hospital.
She started her practice Down There Urology in January 2023. Fenwa is simultaneously a physician, chief executive officer, and women’s Health and Cosmetic Services director.

Dr Fenwa and Wilber are married for more than a decade. They walked down the aisle on May 27, 2012. They had their daughter Alexis Milhouse after the year of their marriage.
Alexis is now a 10-year-old kid in her junior year of schooling.
As mentioned earlier, Wilber has two grown-up kids from his former alliance. His son Wilber Milhouse Junior is 21 years old and loves playing football with his father.
He and his team recently won a match against the Southern Illinois University Saluki Football team.
Similarly, his eldest daughter Tyler Felice is close with both of her parents and is a member of the Make It Ok organization, which works in the field of mental illness.
In the interview with Love and the Sky, she mentioned that her husband is very selfless and understands most things.
Moreover, the doctor’s husband is a great cook, a perfect father to all three children, and an ideal husband to her.
She even said that her marriage with her husband suffered greatly due to her profession, but the couple decided to get counselling and sort out the problem.
She is happier with Wilber now as their marriage is perfect. She further included that communication and honesty are what keep a marriage going.
Fenwa Milhouse Manages A Small Family
Dr Fenwa Milhouse family consists of three children Alexis, Wilber Junior and Tyler. The family of five live together in Chicago, Illinois.
Being a full-time working mother, Her profession doesn’t allow her to spend the most time with children, making her feel guilty most of the time.
She always has to juggle between family and her duty, which makes the situation more difficult, but she also wants to set an example for her children.
It is hard to not see my daughter’s face every day, she explains.
During her residency program, her mother was there to look after her infant daughter full-time, for which she is grateful for her mom.
She also mentioned the selflessness of her husband and mother, who gladly look after their kids in her absence.
Furthermore, they quarantined in the house together during the pandemic which gave her the opportunity to spend a whole lot of time with her family. It was a heavenly feeling, she mentioned on her social media.
No matter how busy her life is, the family of 5 make sure to spend time as a family on the weekend and enjoy their time together doing outdoor activity.

Dr Down Below is a TLC reality medical series that focuses on the field of urology. The show premiered on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.

Urology is a surgical sub-speciality that focuses on the genitourinary tract. Urologists perform surgery on the adrenals, kidneys, ureter, bladder, urethra, and male reproductive system.
A sub-speciality called female urology also involves vaginal and female pelvic surgery for urogynecological conditions.
There are other sub- specialities includes, including pediatric urology, urologic oncology, male reconstruction, intimate medicine, and neuro-urology.
Dr Fenwa, The University of Texas alum, is the show Dr Down Below’s main star where she has to cure the patient by giving them medical treatment.
Episode 1 of the show follows the story of a woman suffering from a painful labial cyst and a man who struggles with an extra pee hole. She treats him with a Prince Albert piercing.

She also worked as a Urologist at Dupage Medical Group from 2015 for 7 years. Similarly, she has also been a physician at the University of Chicago Medical Center since 2008 and has worked there for over 14 years.
