Dominic Rennie Raab, born 25 February 1974, is a British politician serving as Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Secretary of State for Justice, and Lord Chancellor since 2021. He has been a Member of Parliament (MP) for Esher and Walton since 2010.

The politician, who was 48 years old and of Brazilian descent, first met Erika in 2002. The two met at a party in London while Dominic worked for the Foreign Office and Erika was a marketing student.
Dominic actually made a mistake when he introduced himself to his future wife, thinking she was an Argentine. Peter, who is named after Dominic’s father, and Joshua are the couple’s two kids. The family resides in Surrey as a unit.
Despite Erika’s parents only speaking Brazilian Portuguese, both sons speak both languages with ease.
