Does Satya Nadella’s daughter have a learning disability?

Satya Nadella may be the CEO of one of the world’s most well-known computer firms, but he claims that his experience with his special needs children, particularly his son Zain, has impacted his life and, more importantly, his profession.

Anu Nadella, Satya’s wife, revealed her journey as a mother of three children a few months ago, noting that parenting a child with special needs taught her the value of true kindness. And now it appears that Satya is feeling the same way.

Together, the couple are parents to three children, a son named Zain Nadella and daughters named Tara and Divya Nadella.

After the birth of their first son Zain, Two daughters followed. It wasn’t long before it became evident that one had learning disabilities that local schools couldn’t handle.

Anu discovered the answer at Vancouver’s Eaton Arrowsmith Academy, which specializes in brain neuroplasticity, or training the brain to function at a higher level.

For five years, Anu drove their daughter back and forth and was instrumental in the founding of the Eaton Arrowsmith Academy in Redmond, Washington.

Throughout everything, Satya maintained a steady rise at Microsoft, which was beginning to droop under the weight of bureaucracy and infighting.

He was named CEO in February 2014, and he ushered in a new growth mindset that emphasized pushing oneself to see things in new, often empathic ways.
