Lauren Conrad, who was born on February 1, 1986, in Laguna Beach, California, comes from a family that includes an architect father named Jim and a mother named Kathy (previously Lawrence). Along with Conrad, the family includes two younger siblings: Breanna, who works in television, and Brandon, her brother.
Conrad’s interest in the fashion industry began in sixth grade, and her father admitted that she wasn’t very enthused about academics during her childhood, instead demonstrating a passion for art and a real love for fashion.
Conrad teamed with Kohl’s in the autumn of 2009 to launch her second fashion line, LC Lauren Conrad, which was later expanded to include a bedding range.

I don’t think I have any major regrets. I definitely had moments where I was upset that I was forced to confront people, or have conversations that I wasn’t ready to have, but looking back, I think that that was all just part of the deal.”
