Ortega has been a professional since 2010 and has competed in the RFA, where he held the title of Featherweight. He was ranked second among featherweights in the UFC.

Brian Ortega has three siblings in the family. His younger brother’s name is Chris, and he has two sisters. Chris, the fourth kid and youngest, grew up in a suburban Torrance neighborhood.
He doesn’t experience the same difficulties as Brian did because he instead takes acting classes in North Hollywood. Ortega takes satisfaction in assisting Martin and Rose in raising Chris.
His father, Martin, introduced Ortega to kickboxing when he was five. At fourteen, Martin took out a loan to enroll Ortega in Brazilian jiu-jitsu lessons with Rener and Rorion Gracie. Ortega is now giving Chris similar guidance.

Brian Ortega was born to Martin Ortega and Rose Ortega. Martin was a poor child who could not afford shoes. He initially arrived in California as an undocumented immigrant in search of a better life for his family, which included his wife Rose, two daughters, Brian, and Chris.
It serves as Ortega’s driving force throughout each day and battle. He has a strong desire to help everyone, not only his father.
In order to assist children in receiving scholarships for sports and martial arts training, Ortega established a charity organization in 2018. The Brian Ortega Foundation received a $50,000 donation from Downey, an enormous MMA enthusiast, to help it get off the ground.

Ortega and Stephanie have two kids together. However, the former couple went their own ways. Despite this, “T City” is very close to Stephanie’s sons and frequently visits them.
Brian is presently dating Tracy Cortez, a great fighter from the UFC. They were frequently spotted together. When ‘T City’ left a comment on Cortez’s Instagram photo, a connection between the two of them was established.
