Some fans of The Walking Dead feel Season 11 is setting up a Maggie and Negan romance; find out if it is a great or a terrible idea.

The Walking Dead’s eleventh season will be it’s final; thus, AMC has expanded it to a whopping 24 episodes after broadcasting eight of them last year before its lengthy sabbatical.

Fans are making their expectation high as it seems like the Series is up to set Maggie and Negan together; however, the news is not yet confirmed.

At AMC, “The Walking Dead” is still going strong, with the network approving a spinoff centered on Maggie and Negan.

Following a series of tense exchanges between Negan and Maggie in recent weeks, their escalating animosity may eventually reveal some unresolved sexual tension between the two.

One fan, however, believes that a Maggie-Negan relationship would be the ideal way to rekindle interest in the Series.

Since Cohan’s return to “TWD,” Kang has spent a lot of time trying to rebuild audience confidence after the unexpected season seven premiere reaction, which he previously told Insider was a “difficult thing to face” and revisit. Any further interaction between Maggie and Negan would betray the fanbase.

Maggie and Negan have another one of their heartfelt talks. Negan tries to convince her that he understands what it’s like to lose his people, see them as zombies, and return to the community she founded and lost.

He talks about how he lost his people and how difficult it was for him.

As she tries to argue that this isn’t the same, she says that the lives of her people are more important than the lives of everyone at the Sanctuary. And he used the excuse that his town had no families or children. He responds by inquiring as to where Aaron obtained Gracie.

If there’s one thing Negan is, it’s a straight shooter. His methods are not deceptive. And he isn’t scared to own up to his mistakes. Maggie is quick to judge Negan because it has directly affected her, but she forgets about the people she has slain and the people in her community.

Negan isn’t claiming that what he did was right or wrong, only that it was necessary for his survival. He informs her that if he could go back in time, he would have killed Rick and the rest of them. Knowing what happened afterward, he and his colleagues would have made the best decision.

He tells Maggie not to be unkind but to bring her back to reality. The Reapers will not stop until both their and Maggie’s groups have died. It’s all or nothing for her if she wants to live.

He’s speaking from experience, and she needed to hear that, no matter how difficult it was for her to hear.

Maggie And Negan relationship In Series

The Walking Dead has depicted Negan and Maggie’s rocky relationship, and while some fans hope it develops into a romance, this step would be disastrous.

Maggie and Negan’s bond has been a significant focus of Season 11 of The Walking Dead. Maggie and Negan have had a complicated relationship since she returned to Alexandria.

At this point, Maggie had been gone from Alexandria for a few years, taking her son Herschel to assist the mysterious Georgie to develop her settlement. Maggie has seen some disturbing things during that period, and she has returned more battle-hardened than ever before.

Even though she hasn’t forgiven Negan for his past acts, she chooses him to accompany her on a journey to Washington, D.C., in quest of resources; she makes sure he understands it’s because he’s valuable for his knowledge of the city’s layout, not because she trusts him.
