Holding true to his reputation, the weekend of DJ Drama was packed with drama. On Sunday, February 16, his girlfriend Debakii and the supposed side chick, Chantal, got into an argument that left the latter with multiple fractures to her body.
Speaking to The Shade Room, Chantal said that when she tried FaceTime Drama on that day, the drama occurred, but instead of the artist, it was Debakii who replied to her call. With Chantal maintaining that she just began dating Drama after he claimed he had broken up with Debakii, the two girls started moving back and forth. Stuff between Drama and Debakii reportedly turned physical after that and their call was cut off.
Later on, Drama sent Chantal a message telling her to come over so that he could directly apologise. Chantal accepted, but Drama told her later that she did not come. Chantal nevertheless arrived at his home amid the alert and was targeted by Debakii instantly. To make it worse, Chantal said that instead of breaking it off, the entire battle was recorded by Drama.
Debakii later shared the Instagram Stories video and said, “Got me off before I smashed ur head on the cement but it’s ok cuz know that kick in ur head Gonna hurt tomorrow.”
Meanwhile, Chantal informed The Shade Room that she had been wounded and submitted an image of her black eye induced by the attack. She also said that while she really liked the singer, she believed Drama intentionally set her up to get assaulted and was hurt by the whole scenario. “The whole thing was out of character for him,” she assured the gossip blog.
