Kyron Horman disappeared from Skyline Elementary School in Portland, Oregon. His stepmother was the last one to see him when she dropped Horman to school.
Kyron Horman was fascinated by forensic science. On the day he went missing, he was wearing a “C.S.I.” t-shirt with the show’s logo on it.
Terri Moulton, Horman’s stepmother, was the last family member to see him alive as he walked down the school’s hallway to a class that Friday morning.
She did, however, fail a polygraph test on the events of the day twice. Terri has since divorced Horman’s father.
Followingly, she is also one of the suspects in the court documents and her own lawyers.

On June 4, 2010, Horman’s stepmother, Terri Moulton took him to Skyline Elementary School.
Horman stated that she left the school around 8:45 a.m. and last saw Kyron walking down the hallway to his first class.
Kyron, on the other hand, was never seen in his first-class and was marked absent that day. She makes the claim that she was driving rural roads with her infant daughter Kiara, trying to relieve her ear infection.
As per Kyon, she then stopped at a 24-Hour Fitness about 11 miles away at 11:39 a.m. and stayed for an hour.
Horman’s father Kaine joined Moulton to meet the school bus at 3:30 p.m. but the little kid didn’t drop off. The school secretary also claimed he was marked absent from school that day.

Kyron Horman was born to his biological parents Kaine Horman and Desiree Young. The couple divorced when he was small.
They shared custody of their child until Desiree became severely ill with kidney problems. Young then had to move back with her parents.
Horman then took the full-time custody of Horman to Kaine until she fully recovered. At the time, he was married to Terri Moulton, with whom he had a daughter, Kiara.
As per the emails that Moulton sent to her friends, things were not going well in their marriage. Young claimed that the emails revealed Moulton’s “severe hatred for Kyron.”
